Date, Zoo and Hair Bows

Friday night Linda watched Emma for us while Drew and I went out for a date. We went out to eat at Red Lobster and then headed downtown to walk around a little bit. After that we went to Crackers Comedy club for their show. It was really nice being able to get out just the two of us.

This last weekend was Drew's weekend off so Saturday we went to the Zoo in the morning and checked out all of the animals. Once it started to get hot we headed back home so that Emma could take her nap then when she woke up we headed to the YMCA and went swimming for awhile before going back home to make supper. It was a really nice day spent as a family.

Lemars galore. There were quite a few babies in there and according to the sign several more were expected yet this year.




Also this last week Emma started to let me put bows in her hair. Some times she will actually ask for a bow in her hair. So far I can only use small bows and she normally does not let them in for extremely long periods of time but she looks sooooo cute with them in.
