Making Cookies

Awhile back I found a cookie recipe for cake mix cookies that is really simple to make. I have had a couple of people ask for the recipe and tell me that I should post it on here so here it is.

1 package of cake mix (any flavor)
1 large egg
1/4 cup of oil
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, M&M's etc. (optional)

Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Beat until well blended. Stir in any optional ingredient(s).

Drop by teaspoon about 1 inch apart onto greased cookie sheet. You can also roll it out and use cookie cutters.

Bake at 350 F for 8-10 Minutes.

Emma and I made these on Saturday with a Funfetti cake mix and then we used the cookies to make ice cream sandwiches.
