DREW FOUND A JOB

As I posted last week Drew had two interviews yesterday at the Clarian Pathology lab downtown. His first interview was at 10am yesterday and when I talked to him after it was over he said that it had went very well. Since he had time between the two interviews he came and picked me up from work and we went out to eat for lunch. Then he went to his second interview and when he was done with that went to see some of his teachers because they were all curious on how things went. The Clarian Pathology building is where Drew was taking classes. Before leaving Drew stoped by to talk to the HR lady for Clarian and she informed him that he had his choice between the blood bank job that he interviewed for in the morning and the hematology job that he had just finished interviewing for like 5 minutes before.

All along Drew was hoping to get the blood bank job so that is the one that he accepted. He can start whenever he wants to so he is going to take off the rest of this week and then start on Monday. For the first couple of weeks he will be working the day shift and then once training is done he will switch to night shift. From what I understand he will have to work every other weekend and some holidays but they will know in advance what weekend and holidays that have to work.
