Time with Emma

Our Babysitter had taken off last Thursday and Friday so I took a couple of days off as well. Also mom took a couple of days off work so Thursday and Friday mom and I were able to spend some quality time with Emma. We really did not do very much on Thursday, just chilled out and played with Emma. On Friday we went shopping for new cloths for Emma, she is now officially in 6-9 month cloths because her 3-6 month ones were just getting to small on her. Then on Saturday mom watched Emma for a little while so that Drew and I could go get some errands run. Drew's birthday is coming up and he had to renew his drivers licence and I needed to get the address on my licence changed. Needless to say after spending Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Emma I really did not want to come back into work on Monday. Anyway here are a couple of pictures of our time together.

Also here are a few more updates on Emma. Emma has now tried sweet potatoes, and prunes and did very well with both. She did not do so well with carrots, she liked them but ended up throwing them back up. Today she is starting on Peaches. Other things that she is doing now are that she will roll around every once in a while, she likes spending more and more time on her tummy and she is getting better and better at sitting up. Any more she would much rather sit up then lean back on us. The only problem is she still is not the best with her balance and she likes to fold in half so we still have to support her some.

This coming weekend we will be traveling to Jasper and on Sunday we are going to have both Emma and Aubrey baptised. I will try to post pictures from that next week. While we are in Jasper we hope to be able to go into the Strassenfest at least for a little bit but will just have to see what the weather does.
