For the last several weeks Emma has not been sleeping very well and we figured it had to do with teething since we can see two molars coming in on the bottom. What we did not know is that she was also getting in two teeth on top as well. Thankfully both of these teeth have broken through the skin( the second of the two just broke through last night). The last couple of nights she has been sleeping a little better so hopefully she can get the other 2 through the skin and we can go back to sleeping through the night again.
In the last couple of weeks Emma has really taken to playing with her dolls. The one she seem to like the best is the one in the picture below. I think that this is cute because the Doll was actually made for me by my godmother and an aunt when I was younger. She likes to carry the doll around with her and will pretend to tuck the doll into her toddler bed. Also when she goes to the potty she tells us the the baby doll needs to go also.
Emma loves to get up on the computer chair and play with the keyboard and mouse. We really have to watch what she does though so that she does not mess up the computer. I guess this is par for the course though. Kids are starting to get into computer at younger ages all the time.
I joke with Drew that Emma is my little weight loss program. It is hard for me to eat when she thinks she has to have at least some of whatever I have. What she is eating was supposed to have been my breakfast but she climbed up on my lap and helped herself. I guess she thinks that whatever I'm eating must be good.
Sunday we decided to go the the Children's Museum so here are a couple of pictures of Emma playing. She really likes being able to go there and play with all the interactive things. If anybody every gets up here I would suggest that you take your kids. Let us know if you do because either we can go with you or at least get you some discounted tickets since we have a membership.
Potty training has been going really well for us. When we are at home it is very rare for Emma to have accidents however she is still having some trouble at the babysitter. She just seems to get too involved in playing and does not realize until it is too late that she has to go.

Lisa- Sounds like she is doing well w/ the potty. Does the sitter ask her periodically if she has to go or just take her from time to time to try?
our sitter does a little of both. If Emma tells her that she needs to go potty then the sitter takes her. Otherwise she just takes her every so often to try. The sitter is trying to potty train a little boy as well and she said normally when one say they have to go the other one wants to go as well. One day she said they went to the bathroom 4 or 5 time an hour.
